BTS Scented candle by Second Haven x Omnia Retail Services

@secondhaven.tt and I collaborated to make an amazing candle to celebrate BTS comeback this year. Second Haven is actually the only candle shop I’ve been buying from for years because their scents are so unique and, most importantly, you can ACTUALLY smell them when the candle is burning. Their candles fill the room with fragrance, so when the idea for a BTS-inspired candle came up, I already knew exactly who I wanted to create it with. 

Why did we choose these scents? — Borahae were very intentionally chosen💜
When creating this candle, we wanted to incorporate scents that had some connections to BTS and the members themselves.

🪵 Sandalwood has appeared repeatedly throughout BTS’ fragrance collection, including scents associated with Suga, V, Jin and Jimin. It’s also a note found in Bleu de Chanel, a fragrance Jungkook has been associated with.

🍊 Bergamot is another note that appeared across several of the BTS fragrances, giving us that fresh, slightly citrusy element.

🍦🌼 Vanilla & Chamomile bring in the softer, cozy side. Jungkook has previously talked about liking softer scents like soap and milk, so we wanted that same clean, warm and comforting feeling mixed into the candle.

And then there’s a little something for the fanfic/AO3 girlies 😂 If you know, you KNOW. Woody sandalwood, sweet vanilla, florals and citrus are constantly used as scent profiles in BTS A/B/O fics — 👀 .
And that’s how Magic Shop — Borahae came to life 💜 A candle made by ARMY, for ARMY, with every little detail chosen with BTS in mind
