After placing an order you must be ready to receive your package within 1-4 delivery days. Failure to do so will result in you losing your order. Please only place orders when you are absolutely sure you are ready for them

If you wish to hold an order do not place the order on the website. Contact us on Instagram instead to see if its possible (Holds can be requested but not guaranteed and the item will be sold anytime someone else is ready to make payment immediately)
If you wish to make a 50% down payment to hold your item you can, however the down payment will be NON refundable and we can hold your item for one month maximum.
If the remaining payment is not made after one month the order will be cancelled and you will not be refunded the down payment.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS

How to exchange a item:

1) Ensure the item is in original condition (failure to do this will result in the exchange being denied or a 30% fee)

2) Put the item in a non transparent bag and seal it properly to ensure the item does not get lost

3) If doing the exchange via courier or ttpost the exchange fee is the same as the delivery fee.
