By using this website and making any purchases, you consent to abide by our terms and conditions/rules, delivery and shipping procedure, payment and refund/return procedures. In the event we believe an order to be fraudulent, suspicious or otherwise we will cancel it.

As this is an online store we can only authorize online store credit or exchanges.
Exchanges and store credits are only granted within 48 hours after purchase. After this time all refunds and exchanges will be refused  (returned items must still be sealed and in original condition.)
To exchange an item using any of the delivery services the delivery fees will be charged + $2 restocking fee.
Store credit is valid for 90 days

Refunds are only granted when:
1) Not as described: if the item ordered is not as seen in the photos, you can return the item and be granted your full refund (excluding delivery fees)
2) Defects: If the item purchased is defected in any way, the customer can send sufficient proof and a full refund will be provided after it is returned to us (excluding delivery fees) or we can offer to send you some of the money back as a discount and you can keep the item. 

 

Preorders
Preorders are non refundable once paid and non exchangeable once your order was placed. Refunds/Exchanges are only granted if the item you was preordering was sold out and you need to choose something else or get refunded.
Preorders must be collected within 21 days of your notification to collect the preorder item. Failure to collect within 21 days will result in blacklisting and your item will be sold or disposed of.

 

Products 
K-pop Albums - All our in stock K-pop albums are new and official and sourced from websties such as Weverse, subkshop, company websites etc. We follow weverse and their policy which states that "outbox is used to protect the actual product. We do not offer exchanges or refunds due to minor/small damages that occur to the outbox".
As we live in Trinidad, all incoming packages into this country must go through customs and duties and customs may sometimes open the albums to make sure there is nothing illegal inside (like drugs, guns etc). They do NOT always open it and almost all of our albums come sealed but in the event the album is unsealed by customs and duties inspection we will say so in the album description ("Unsealed by customs and duties').
