This service is for items on our website that says “pre order only”
Pre Orders take an estimated 2 weeks to arrive and be delivered to you (time may vary depending on the item)

  • Courier pick up where the courier can meet you at any location in Trinidad and you can pay them the down payment in cash.
    The price for courier pick up is an additional $20
  • Online banking to our first citizens bank account
  • Cash deposits to our First Citizens bank account at your nearest bank branch
    (You do not need a bank account yourself to make a deposit at the bank)
  • wait until we have a pop up shop/pick up location in an area and meet us there to pay the downpayment in cash.

    Delivery to all locations in Trinidad & Tobago
    All payments for your order are to be made via banking
  • Courier Delivery $40
    Delivery to all locations in Trinidad Only
  • When you have gathered all of that information THEN YOU CAN CONTACT US via WhatsApp ((868)7075298 ) or Instagram message @omniaretailservices. (Your total will be the cost of the item seen on the site + delivery (+ $20 IF you want courier for down payment collection)

  • After you have paid your downpayment and your order has been sent in you can contact us at any time for updates on your order.
    After placing your down payment customers have 24 hours to cancel or change their order. After this 24 hours have passed customers cannot cancel or make changes to their order.
    If cancellation occurs after 24 hours have passed, down payments will not be refunded and you may be banned from using our services in the future.
  • Customers are required to have the remaining balance ready to pay as soon as possible upon receiving confirmation from us that their order is ready for delivery. This balance can be paid via banking or cash on delivery.
